The Sensible Horror Movie

I admit it ... I'm a horror movie junkie. I love schlocky horror movies*.

Of course, horror movies are soooo predictable, frequently depending on the willingness of nubile young women to wear their skimpiest clothing while investigating eerie sounds in clearly dangerous locations, or on people of all ages and sexes to do things that are patently stupid. Most of these characters deserve to be removed from the gene pool, if for no other reason than to help raise the average IQ of the remainder.

This morning on Miss Cellania's blog I found this trailer for Hell No: The Sensible Horror Film ... which I'd really like to see ...

Come along. I'll buy the popcorn.

Have a good day. Watch a good horror flick to take your mind of Congressional stupidity**.

More thoughts tomorrow.

Bilbo

* Especially those that feature members of Congress being eaten by really big, ugly creatures.

** 18 members of the Senate - all Republicans - voted against the agreement to reopen the government and raise the debt ceiling, as did 114 members of the House - all Republicans. Remember this when you vote the next time.

Have you seen 'Frankenfish'? You'll be hollering at the TV, "DON'T LOOK IN THE WATER! NO DON'T! NOOOOOO!. Too late."
